Au besoin, les services ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recontact\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe formulaire renseignait sur :<br \/>\n\u00b7\tLes lits disponibles en alcoologie<br \/>\n\u00b7\tL\u2019implication du service<br \/>\n\u00b7\tLes modalit\u00e9s d\u2019admission<br \/>\n\u00b7\tLe d\u00e9roulement de la cure et du bilan bio-psycho-social<br \/>\n\u00b7\tLa composition de l\u2019\u00e9quipe soignante<br \/>\n\u00b7\tLe devenir du patient apr\u00e8s la cure, l\u2019offre locale<br \/>\n\u00b7\tL\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultats provisoires<br \/>\nD\u00e9but juillet 2004, 145 services ont r\u00e9pondu (52%) couvrant plus de  85 % du territoire.<br \/>\nL\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es statistiques est en cours.<br \/>\n98  des 145 services acceptent des malades pour sevrage d\u2019alcool.<br \/>\nIls en re\u00e7oivent plus de 9000\/an.<br \/>\nLe nombre de malades hospitalis\u00e9s par centre est tr\u00e8s dispers\u00e9: 10 \u00e0 550\/an.<br \/>\nLa composition des \u00e9quipes est diverse, certaines sont tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLes moyens attribu\u00e9s sont in\u00e9galement r\u00e9partis, expliquant peut-\u00eatre les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019assurer un suivi sp\u00e9cifique par certains centres.<br \/>\nSur les 98 services, presque 1\/3 de nos coll\u00e8gues est affili\u00e9 \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 savante d\u2019addictologie, 2\/3 fait partie d\u2019un r\u00e9seau.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9valuation des pratiques reste embryonnaire.<br \/>\nConclusion : Le r\u00f4le des services d\u2019HGE des h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux est primordial dans la prise en charge nationale des malades d\u2019alcool.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs de cette enqu\u00eate permettront de valoriser, uniformiser et faire conna\u00eetre nos pratiques, gage d\u2019\u00e9valuations prospectives ult\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2004 Ludovic Nardini, Olivier Duhamel, Mokhles Mastour. 34 525 B\u00e9ziers H\u00e9patologie &#8211; \u00a02004-09-14 &#8211;\u00a0CO &#8211; ________________________________ But : Qu\u2019en est-il de la prise en charge des malades d\u2019alcool dans les h\u00f4pitaux de France en 2004 ?
