Danne (1)<br \/>\n(1) Service d\u2019H\u00e9pato-Gastro-Ent\u00e9rologie, H\u00f4pital Ren\u00e9 Dubos, Pontoise.<br \/>\n(2) Service de Cardiologie, H\u00f4pital Ren\u00e9 Dubos, Pontoise<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gastroent\u00e9rologie <\/strong>&#8211; \u00a02006-07-29 &#8211;\u00a0CO &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Nous rapportons l\u2019observation d\u2019un patient souffrant d\u2019\u0153d\u00e8mes des membres inf\u00e9rieurs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une hypoprotid\u00e9mie, cas non \u00e9lucid\u00e9 par les investigations classiques.<br \/>\nUn patient, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 44 ans, \u00e9tait hospitalis\u00e9 pour bilan d\u2019oed\u00e8mes des membres inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e9voluant depuis 5 ans. Ces oed\u00e8mes des membres inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e9taient bilat\u00e9raux, blancs, prenant le godet, surtout pr\u00e9 mall\u00e9olaires. Le reste de l\u2019examen clinique \u00e9tait normal. Les oed\u00e8mes \u00e9taient rapport\u00e9s \u00e0 une hypoprotid\u00e9mie totale \u00e0 42 g\/l avec une hypoalbumin\u00e9mie \u00e0 22 g\/l. Il n\u2019existait ni diarrh\u00e9e, ni d\u00e9nutrition, ni prot\u00e9inurie, ni insuffisance h\u00e9patocellulaire. Il existait une lymphop\u00e9nie \u00e0 600\/mm3, une hypotriglyc\u00e9rid\u00e9mie \u00e0 0,39 mm\/l, une cholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie normale, une hypogammaglobulin\u00e9mie \u00e0 4,5 g\/l. Le poids des selles, la st\u00e9atorrh\u00e9e \u00e0 1,12 g\/24 heures, la clairance en alpha antitrypsine \u00e0 5,9 ml\/24 heures \u00e9taient normaux ; les anticorps antitransglutaminase,  antiendomysium \u00e9taient absents.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Que faites-vous ?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019abstract in extenso sera disponible sur le site ANGH apr\u00e8s le congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2006 A.Fleury (1), S.
