En d\u00e9but de traitement et jusqu\u2019en ao\u00fbt 2005, il avait une discr\u00e8te cytolyse avec ALAT n\u2019exc\u00e9dant pas 1,5 N, puis des perturbations franches sont apparues, atteignant le 31\/01\/2006 : ASAT 100 (N &lt; 38), ALAT 92 (N &lt; 40), phosphatases alcalines 825 (N &lt; 126), ce qui a conduit \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat du traitement d\u2019autant que survenait une thrombop\u00e9nie \u00e0 100000. Fin mars 2006, lors de la premi\u00e8re consultation dans le service, le bilan s\u2019\u00e9tait franchement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 : ASAT 69 (N&lt;59), ALAT 110 (N&lt; 72), phosphatases alcalines 171 ((N&lt;126), GGT 331 (N&lt; 73).<\/p>\n<p>La discussion est ouverte, l\u2019abstract complet sera disponible sur le site ANGH \u00e0 l\u2019issue du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2006 J.
