Le but de notre travail est d\u2019\u00e9tudier les conditions de r\u00e9alisations et les  facteurs pronostiques des HDH survenant la nuit ou le week-end.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9thodes :<br \/>\nDe f\u00e9vrier 2005 \u00e0 mars 2006, 3287 patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 hospitalis\u00e9s dans 53 h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour une HDH ; les donn\u00e9es \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques et pronostiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prospectivement saisies dans une base de donn\u00e9e. Chaque praticien notait l\u2019heure de r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019endoscopie et si celle-ci est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e la nuit ou le week-end. Les donn\u00e9es pronostiques (caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019h\u00e9morragie selon la classification de Forrest) et pronostique (score de Rockall) \u00e9tait collig\u00e9es. R\u00e9sultats : parmi  les 3287 patients inclus, nous avons retenu 3083 patients ayant eu une endoscop\u00eee.  687 patients ont eu une endoscopie la nuit ou le week-end.
