Elle a en effet perdu 20 kg en deux ans, soit un tiers de son poids. L\u2019anorexie s\u2019associe \u00e0 une sensation intermittente de blocage alimentaire. Avant son hospitalisation en psychiatrie, la patiente avait \u00e9t\u00e9 hospitalis\u00e9e \u00e0 2 reprises dans un service d\u2019h\u00e9patogastroent\u00e9rologie sans qu&rsquo;aucune \u00e9tiologie somatique n&rsquo;ait \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e. La NFS, le ionogramme sanguin, la CRP, la TSH, les FAN et l\u2019albumin\u00e9mie \u00e9taient normales. Une endoscopie digestive haute avec biopsies de la muqueuse oesophagienne n\u2019avait pas montr\u00e9 d\u2019anomalies. Le TDM cervico-thoracique, l&rsquo;examen ORL ainsi que la manom\u00e9trie oesophagienne se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9galement normaux. Malgr\u00e9 la prise en charge psychiatrique, les sympt\u00f4mes digestifs de la patiente se sont aggrav\u00e9s depuis 2 mois avec une sensation de blocage cervical, une mastication prolong\u00e9e, un bavage. On constatait \u00e9galement des r\u00e9gurgitations nasales. L\u2019entourage rapporte des \u00e9pisodes de pneumopathie d\u2019inhalation. La patiente est alors transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le service pour mise en place d\u2019une assistance nutritionnelle.
