Pas de fi\u00e8vre ni d\u2019amaigrissement. Il ne pr\u00e9sente pas d\u2019ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent personnel ni familial particulier. Pas de voyage r\u00e9cent hors de France. A l\u2019examen clinique, il existe un ict\u00e8re conjonctival avec l\u00e9sion de grattage. Pas d\u2019h\u00e9patospl\u00e9nom\u00e9galie.<br \/>\nBiologie : NFS, Plaquettes, TP, ionogramme sanguin normaux, CRP=11, Bili T\/C = 50\/33 &#61549;mol\/l. ASAT et ALAT =5N. GGT = 15N, PAL =4N, Albumine Nle, LDH Nles.<br \/>\nS\u00e9rologies virales n\u00e9gatives (B vaccin\u00e9).<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9chographie abdominale retrouve une l\u00e9sion h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne du foie gauche avec thrombose de la branche portale gauche. Pas de dilatation des voies biliaires.<\/p>\n<p>Angioscanner h\u00e9patique (cf clich\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>IRM h\u00e9patique  (Cf clich\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>Une PBH est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e retrouvant un tissu h\u00e9patique n\u00e9crotique avec fibrose hyaline et calcifications dystrophiques.
