Elle n\u2019a pas maigri mais depuis son mariage, elle a la diarrh\u00e9e et des douleurs abdominales. Elle est la maman d\u2019un enfant de 4 ans qui va bien. Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9e en Russie pour des douleurs abdominales mais sans diagnostic retenu.<br \/>\nA l\u2019arriv\u00e9e dans le service, elle est en bon \u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l\u2019IMC est \u00e0 22, la palpation de l\u2019abdomen ne retrouve pas d\u2019h\u00e9pato ni de spl\u00e9nom\u00e9galie. L\u2019aspect des selles est d\u2019embl\u00e9e frappant car elles sont de couleur mastic , \u00e9paisses et lourdes.<br \/>\nL\u2019h\u00e9moglobine est \u00e0 12g, les plaquettes normales, la CRP \u00e0 2mg\/l, les ASAT sont \u00e0 1.5N. L\u2019albumin\u00e9mie est \u00e0 40g\/l, l\u2019\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se des protides est normale, la calc\u00e9mie est normale, la TSH est normale, le bilan du fer, folates, B12 sont normaux.<br \/>\nLe TP est \u00e0 30% avec un facteur V \u00e0 90%, la vitamine D est \u00e0 19.3 nmol\/l ( N&gt; 25). L\u2019\u00e9lastase f\u00e9cale est \u00e0 220 ug\/g de selles.<br \/>\nQuels examens auriez-vous fait ?
