Introduction
\nLes donn\u00e9es concernant les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9mographiques, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques et le pronostic des h\u00e9morragies digestives hautes (HDH) survenant chez les patients hospitalis\u00e9s, sont limit\u00e9es. Le but de ce travail est de comparer le pronostic des HDH chez ces patients \u00e0 celui des HDH survenant avant l\u2019hospitalisation dans la cohorte prospective des h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e9n\u00e9raux (cohorte SANGHRIA) \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des nouvelles recommandations concernant la prise en charge et des nouveaux traitements anticoagulants.
\nPatients et m\u00e9thodes
\nDe novembre 2017 \u00e0 octobre 2018, nous avons men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude recensant les cas cons\u00e9cutifs d\u2019HDH dans 46 Centres Hospitaliers G\u00e9n\u00e9raux en France. Nous avons compar\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9mographiques, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques, endoscopiques (+++, traitement) et le pronostic des HDH intra-hospitali\u00e8res \u00e0 celle survenant avant l\u2019hospitalisation.
\nUne h\u00e9morragie intra-hospitali\u00e8re \u00e9tait d\u00e9finie une h\u00e9morragie survenait au moins 24H apr\u00e8s une hospitalisation pour une autre cause.
\nR\u00e9sultats
\nParmi les 2498 \u00e9pisodes d\u2019HDH, 634 (25,4%) sont survenus au cours d\u2019une hospitalisation. Le sex ratio

\nCette \u00e9tude nich\u00e9e dans la cohorte SANGHRIA montre que les HDH intra-hospitali\u00e8re ont une \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie et un pronostic plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re que les HDH survenant avant l\u2019hospitalisation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
