{"id":2381,"date":"2021-10-06T13:54:23","date_gmt":"2021-10-06T11:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/angh.net\/abstracts\/cas-clinique-une-cholecystite-atypique\/"},"modified":"2021-10-06T13:54:23","modified_gmt":"2021-10-06T11:54:23","slug":"cas-clinique-une-cholecystite-atypique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/angh.net\/abstracts\/cas-clinique-une-cholecystite-atypique\/","title":{"rendered":"Cas clinique : une chol\u00e9cystite atypique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Andreea ALEXANDRU, B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte LAMBARE, Aurore BARON<\/p>\n<p>Service d\u2019H\u00e9pato-gastro-ent\u00e9rologie, Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien, Corbeil-Essonnes<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gastroent\u00e9rologie <\/strong>&#8211; \u00a02021-05-17 &#8211;\u00a0CC &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Un homme de 77 ans ayant comme ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents une hypothyro\u00efdie, une cardiopathie rythmique (ACFA paroxystique), une tamponnade drain\u00e9e, une insuffisance r\u00e9nale minime (Clcr\u00e9at = 50 ml\/min), une cure de hernie inguinale, consulte aux urgences pour une douleur de l\u2019hypochondre droit, avec signe de Murphy positif, une f\u00e9bricule \u00e0 38\u00b02C, avec biologiquement des transaminases normales, lipas\u00e9mie \u00e0 1,5N, bilirubine 8\u00b5mol\/L, TP 56% sous apixaban, un syndrome inflammatoire biologique (CRP 174 mg\/L, leucocytes  11 000\/mm3. Morphologiquement, l\u2019\u00e9chographie h\u00e9patobiliaire r\u00e9v\u00e8le un foie non dysmorphique, non hypertrophi\u00e9, homog\u00e8ne, une v\u00e9sicule biliaire \u00e9paissie \u00e0 6 mm de fa\u00e7on homog\u00e8ne mais alithiasique, il n\u2019y a pas de signe d\u2019hypertension portale.
