Sa tante maternelle a une poly arthrite rhumatoide et le reste de sa famille n\u2019a pas d\u2019ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Elle ne prend pas de traitements, n\u2019a pas d\u2019allergie, est Lyc\u00e9enne, n\u2019a jamais fum\u00e9 ni bu de boisson alcoolis\u00e9e et a un poids et une taille normaux pour son \u00e2ge.<br \/>\nElle d\u00e9crit depuis les 3 derniers mois une constipation avec n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser des suppositoires. En parall\u00e8le est apparue une douleur abdominale diffuse et intense (EVA 8-9) \u00e0 type de crampe paroxystique survenant le jour ou la nuit. Il n\u2019y a pas de fi\u00e8vre, pas de rectorragie. L\u2019examen clinique retrouve un emp\u00e2tement de la fosse iliaque gauche isol\u00e9. Le bilan inflammatoire est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement perturb\u00e9 avec une CRP \u00e0 13 mg\/L.
